I love the technology. This color might look best in outdoor light, however. It looks just grey in our indoor.

This technology is amazing for my sore right knee as well as improving my overall balance and effectiveness in the saddle. They help me to reduce my tendency to brace through my right leg which increases my ease in using that leg.

I like the stirrups once I actually got the leathers attached. That was a 2 man job. Maybe make the opening a little larger?

Love the feel of these stirrups - you really do get the sense of shock absorption. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, however, because of the difficulty finding leathers that fit through the miniscule opening at the top. Please, please re-design to allow leathers of normal thickness and width. Even better if they could fit the wide leathers that add to stability and that so many of us prefer.

Every day when I ride my knees hurt during the warm up, the majority of the ride and then after I dismount. I have fallen to the ground before trying to dismount because my knees gave out. I am only in my twenties, but was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatter Disease which affects my knees. I have been able to ride pain free since I bought these stirrups! I am so thankful and honestly surprised they work so well! They have a good balance without being too bulky. 10/10 worth the money and would absolutely recommend to anyone with knee issues.

Best for the jumping

I have parkinsons with a weakness in my left leg and foot. These stirrups allow me to continue riding my 18h powerhouse of a dressage horse safely. Terrific product and worth every penny to me. Before getting my Winderens, I would lose my left stirrup because I couldn't keep the tension on and the stirrup in place....very dangerous! Now, I am absolutely solid and comfortable.

two major knee surgeries in past 18 months to repair major cartilage damage. Damage thought to be from many years in the saddle doing jumpers and three day eventing. all stirrups hurt my knees after last surgery in 2020. western saddle worst. was using sprenger stirrups and found them to be the best as they flexed and gave me some relief in knee area but foot bed not wide enough to give me support while jumping or riding green horses. found your stirrups and ......GAME FREAKING CHANGER! No more pain and total foot bed support while jumping or riding greenies. only problem is that i only have one pair so I need to keep switching them from jump saddle to dressage saddle every other day which is a major pain. Looking into buying the sapphire pair next for my jump saddle. Really want to try your 1/2 pad however and maybe even a few bits. If you need more ambassadors, please reach out. I would love to help sell your products. if you have taken the time to really make the human products be game changers, i can only imagine what the horse products are like. Seriously, -these stirrups have not only taken my pain away but have actually gotten my confidence back because now if feel super secure in the saddle and I know my knees are no longer taking the brunt force they were in other stirrups. The best stirrups i've ever had! No more knee pain, not even when we're breaking in the young horses!

I recommend Winderen bits 100% and so do my horses. I tested it with 8 horses and each one accepted the bit without any problem. They do not lean on the bit, and are relaxed and willing to work while staying focused on the tasks at hand. And as for Winderen stirrups, I can say that since I've been riding with them I feel no fatigue in my legs.

When Winderen Equestrian asked me if I wanted to test their new stirrups I was not quite sure as I thought that I liked my old ones and as I luckily never experienced any knee problems I thought that stirrups especially developed to protect the knees wouldn’t make a difference anyhow. But I was totally proven wrong: the new Winderen stirrups DO make a difference, especially if you are a professional like me riding 6 horses a day. They provide a super grip and give stability, which is especially nice with young horses or when hacking out,  without blocking or minimising the ability to give fine aids, which you’ll need as a dressage rider. And all my joints somehow feel less ‘tired’ after a full day of training, which was a surprising experience for me.

I've been using the Winderen stirrups for 2 months now and really like them. Unfortunately, due to an older injury, my ankle and knee hurt a lot. I've tried many different stirrups but none were good for my ankle pain. The Winderen stirrups allow me to ride without pain and I feel much more stability than with other stirrups.

I got my Winderen knee protect solution stirrups a few weeks ago, promising you have less pain and pressure on your knees and ankles. So I thought „ok give them a try“. First time with this stirrups in saddle was a completely unexpected feeling. The footpad was bigger and so my feet was more stabile in the stirrup. So no loose of them whilst jumping or flatwork. My fevers are calmer and beeing on there Position the hole training. And I can canter the hole day, because there is no pressure on my knees or ankles. It feels so comfortable!!! After a few days I rode a horse of a friend with a different saddle and stirrups, and oh my gosh, it was completely uncomfortable for me. The footpad was to small, I still feel my feet’s while working etc. In my opinion you can’t discripe the feeling, you have to try it, but believe me afterwards you want something else than the winderen knee protect solution stirrups.

As a test rider of the Winderen Knee Protect Solution, after a serious injury - a multi-fragment femur fracture, I recommend it with all my heart. Incredible shock absorption, stable foot support, a feeling of safety and training without pain. Winderen stirrups are the best choice for people who have, or will have a problem with overloading their legs. I use these stirrups since I came back after an injury and feel that my legs are solidly supported, and my knees do not hurt me as they did before. Their weight is perfectly matched, which is why I always know where I will have my stirrup under my foot. These are also the first stirrups with shock absorption, thanks to which I do not lose the feeling of my horse by changing the elasticity.

Im a 20 yo jumping rider, the problem of knee pain has been following me for many years. I’ve got a problem with knee-cap, I used to have got surgery for both knees but I still got a panful moments during riding (especially while jumping) and after riding as well. I probably tested all the available stirrups on the market, but unfortunately, they did not give any relief. Knees hurt the same. Because of my „knee ailments” I was qualified as an „interesting test case”. One year ago I became one of Winderen’s test riders. And from the first ride it notice a huge difference and It was absolute relief for me! Every ride with Winderen stirrups it’s a pure pleasure for me, and I don’t have to think about the knee pain at all! To ensure the test we changed stirrups for different many times but effect was always the same: Winderen without pain and any other stirrups- knee pain. Great idea but way too big for me. My foot slipped through them the 2nd time I rode in them, so now I am afraid to use them. Would have returned them but due to adverse weather conditions when they arrived trial period gone before I got to try them. Smaller sizes would be great.

Die Steigbügel sind echt supi Nur es wäre echt gut zu wissen gewesen, das man dafür auch die passende Steigbügelriemen (Durchmesser von 2,5cm ) braucht . Ich hab mir sie nämlich zum Testen bestellt,hatte aber leider nicht die richtigen Riemen da . Sonst ein super Produkt

Une des meilleures paires d’etriers du marché. Ils placent ma jambe parfaitement à la bonne place ce qui est un peu perturbant au départ. Je n’ai plus aucune douleur aux genoux et aux chevilles. Enfin le soulagement! Esthétiquement, ils sont magnifiques ! La qualité est incroyable, je n’ai rien à dire! A voir dans le temps mais je suis conquise jusqu’à présent, merci. Petit bémol, les étriers avaient une petite griffe dès la réception, mais pas dérangeant. Juste un peu déçue.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Bügeln. Die Umstellung fand ich ganz einfach. Alles fühlt sich weicher an. Mein Knie ist auch zufrieden. Nur finde ich, daß die Trittfläche rauer sein könnte. Mit feuchten Schuhen sind sie etwas rutschig.

Top, bein liegt viel besser am Pferd, vor allem in der richtigen Position! Entlastung für das Knie, welche nach einem Unfall für mich wichtig ist, super!!!! Sehr zu Empfehlen!!

Schnelle Lieferung. Die Bügel sind von guter Qualität und geben ein gutes Reitgefühl. Sicherer Halt. Allerdings konnte ich keine Entlastung meiner Knie im Gegensatz. Eine Reitkollegin wollte die Bügel aber gerne haben, nur deshalb habe ich sie nicht zurück geschickt.

Super Steigbügel, sicher am Fuß

Ich finde die Steigbügel super für meine Knieproblematik, seit dem steige ich nicht mehr mit "steifen" Knien vom Pferd Sehr gut finde ich ebenfalls die Möglichkeit diese zuvor 7 Werktage testen zu können.

Tolles Produkt welches hält was es verspricht .Ich hatte immer starke Schmerzen im Sprunggelenk mit den üblichen Steigbügeln. Diese Steigbügel entlasten das Gelenk und ich habe keine Probleme mehr nach dem Reiten. Die Balance ist auch wesentlich besser. Die breite Auflagefläche für den Fuß ist angenehm und entlastet den Vorfuß. Gewicht ist ausbalanciert.Außerdem sieht das Produkt stylisch aus. Einzige Kritik ist der etwas zu eng geratene Aufhängung der Bügelriemen. Dickere Riemen gleiten schwer durch und das Leder wird beschädigt.

Ich war anfangs etwas skeptisch ob die Steigbügel wirklich das halten was sie versprechen. Ich hatte nach langen Ausritten immer Knieschmerzen. Seit ich die Winderen Steigbügel benutze, haben meine Schmerzen deutlich nachgelassen. Obwohl im höheren Preissegment kann ich sie nur weiter empfehlen.

Hele fijne beugels die voor mij een deel van mijn kniepijn verminderd. Enige kleine nadeel is dat de opening voor de beugelriem smal is, waardoor mijn enkele beugelriem er moeilijk doorheen kwam.

Bin mit den Steigbügeln sehr zufrieden. Deswegen ist es bereits mein zweites Paar. Auch die Pads ( habe alle 3 Versionen) sind absolut Top. Mein letzter Kauf waren zwei Gebisse. Meine Pferde gehen damit sehr zufrieden. Lediglich den Durchmesser der Gebissringe finde ich zu gering! Vielleicht gibt es ja zeitnah die Gebisse auch mit größeren Ringen…. Ich wäre mit Sicherheit einer der ersten Käufer!

Door Corona heb ik mijn stijgbeugels maar 2x kunnen gebruiken. Het verschil was prettig voor mijn knieën. Ook bij bokkende paarden. Je blijft beter in je stijgbeugels zitten. Volgend week intensiever gebruiken. Dank je.

Super bra stigbøyler. Før hadde jeg knesmerter når jeg ridde, men etter jeg byttet til disse stigbøylene gikk det bort. De er også utrolig gode å ri med.

Wirklich tolle Steigbügel. Die Anpassung der Trittfläche erfolgte anhand der Anleitung auf der Produktseite und war wie erhofft sehr einfach. Optisch ebenfalls ein Hingucker und so angenehm schwer, dass die Bügel stets angenehm liegen. Der Praxistest bestätigte dann den positiven (ersten) Eindruck, schön und sehr angenehm bei der Nutzung. Die Trittfläche hat eine sehr gute Größe, da passen auch klobige Gummistiefel problemlos rein.

Alles perfekt funktioniert.

Genial! Ich war anfangs skeptisch, da der Preis doch nicht gerade ein Schnapper ist, aber ich liebe diese Steigbügel seit dem ersten Ritt! Bei den alten Steigbügeln hatte ich nach einer Reiteinheit oder längeren Ausritten immer steife und teilweise schmerzende Knie. Mit diesen Steigbügeln bisher nicht mehr. Vor einigen Wochen habe ich die Steigbügel von Winderen bestellt. Sie wurden nicht nur unglaublich schnell geliefert, sondern auch die ganze Abwicklung war äusserst unkompliziert. Die Qualität der Steigbügel ist wahnsinn und übrigens auch das der Verpackung. Die Winderen Steigbügel geben einem ein unglaublich tolles und stabiles Gefühl. Das Bein liegt absolut korrekt und ruhig und dies ohne, dass ich als Reiter die Beweglichkeit verliere. Ein absolut tolles Produkt, bei welchem sich jeder Cent gelohnt hat.

Hemel en aardeverschil met een standaard stijgbeugel die niet veert! Zalig rijden met deze beugels. 1 minpuntje misschien: het zooltje is verstelbaar maar er is geen sleuteltje meegeleverd om dit aan te passen.

Die Steigbügel sind prima ! Ich habe einen guten, stabilen Stand in den Bügeln, man merkt nicht, dass eine Federung vorhanden ist. Die Federung ist genau richtig so, meine Knie schmerzen nicht mehr. Leider ist die Verpackung indiskutabel. Eine teure und sicher von Hand gefertigte Holzbox ist mit einer Plastikschale so verklebt, dass man die Holzbox nicht mal mehr als Spielzeugkiste für die Kinder weiterbenutzen kann. Man kann alles nur wegwerfen oder man müllt sich den Keller voll. Lieber in Zukunft das Produkt 20 Euro preiswerter machen und eine einfache, gut zu recycelnde Verpackung wählen.

Seit ich die Winderen Steigbügel benutze, kann ich wieder länger ohne Schmerzen im Knöchel ausreiten. Durch einen Bänderriss hatte ich immer Probleme, wenn ich längere Ausritte gemacht habe. Mein linker Fuß fing an zu schmerzen und ich musste das Bein aus dem Steigbügel nehmen. Jetzt kann ich wieder ohne Schmerzen lange Ausritte Unternehmen.

Die Steigbügel sind wirklich super. Seit 3 Wochen im Einsatz möchte ich sie nicht mehr tauschen. Die ideale Federung verhindert Schmerzen am Sprunggelenk und in den Knien. Ich kann die Steigbügel mit gutem Gewissen jedem Empfehlen!

In koventionellen Steigbügeln hatte ich immer Probleme und Schmerzen nach dem Reiten. Mit meinen neuen Winderen Steigbügeln sind die Schmerzen zwar nicht vollständig weg nach hoher Belastung. Aber ich merke doch einen erheblichen Unterschied nach dem Reiten. Meine Knie fühlen sich besser an. Auch der Druck auf die Sprunggelenke ist erheblich reduziert. Ich habe auf jeden Fall weniger Schmerzen. Die Investition hat sich für mich jedenfalls gelohnt.

Med kunstigt knæ og hofte har det givet en del udfordringer med at ride. Men købte stigbøjlerne og det fungerer så godt. Jeg er glad

Le migliori staffe che abbia mai usato. Ho sentito subito la differenza rispetto alle altre staffe che usavo, smonto da cavallo senza avere dolore alle piante dei piedi e alle ginocchia. Oltretutto sono esteticamente bellissime, lucide e brillanti. Non posso fare altro che consigliarle.

Gibt einem ein sehr gutes Gefühl

Wollte es nicht glauben aber was versprochen wird, dem ist so ruhigeres Bein sehr angenehm mit der größeren Trittfläche zu empfehlen.

Meine Tochter ist sehr zufrieden mit den Steigbügeln. Ihr Absatz ist um einiges tiefer. Sie hat wachstumsbedingt Probleme mit dem Knie gehabt und hat seid den Steigbügeln keine Schmerzen mehr im Knie.

J’ai des problèmes aux genoux et j’ai essayé presque toutes les marques d’etriers suspendus sur le marché. Les Winderen sont de loin les plus efficaces.

Très contente de ces étriers qui ont réduit considérablement les douleurs à la cheville suite fracture . De plus , ils assurent une bonne stabilité et je me sens plus sûre avec ceux ci et par rapport à mes anciens étriers qui sont présentes comme les meilleurs au niveau de l’absorption des chocs. Les winderen tiennent leurs promesses.

Habe mich nach einer Knie-OP für diese tollen Steigbügel entschieden, sie entlasten das Knie und geben Stabilität. Zudem sehen sie auch edel aus. Bin sehr zufrieden;)
