Ordering a pair of trial stirrups is easy. Just order them at the bottom of the website and we'll send you your trial stirrups. After you've had it for 7 business days (Saturdays and Sundays excluded), send it back to us. You only cover the shipping costs both ways (the delivery cost to you when you order the product and then the cost of sending it back to our warehouse).
To receive trial stirrups, you will need to pay a deposit of 249 EUR (full value of the product).
You may return the trial stirrups and request a refund of your deposit. This may take up to 7 business days from the date the stirrups arrive back at our warehouse. You may also use your deposit to purchase the trial stirrups or to purchase a new pair. Please, indicate your decision on the trial stirrups return form. If we receive no decision from you within the specified time frame, the trial stirrups will be considered purchased.
Testing conditions:
There are no limits to how you can test the stirrups. Use it extensively with multiple horses, saddles, in sunny weather or when it's snowing – simply use it under everyday training conditions. However, you must ensure that the stirrups are not damaged.
Should damage occur through the misuse of the product, the tester will be charged 249 EUR. This amount will be deducted from the deposit.
Our trial stirrups are genuine products that are new or have been used in other tests. The properties of used stirrups do not differ from those of the new ones.

Your trial stirrups’ color will depend on what's available, but you can still tell us your preferences and we will take your request into account.
Shipping:
After the deposit is booked, we will send you the full-value stirrups by courier. In case of a return, they should be sent back in their original packaging.
