Muy bien. La barra es la mas dura, por lo cual solo recomiendo a caballos muy duros de boca. Hemos comprado las otras dos barras la intermedia y la blnada a ver qual la que mejor se ajusta, pero estamos esperándolas todavía.

A mi yegua PRE le ha venido genial, noto que sus movimientos son más libres y la montura se le asienta mejor. A mi amiga le ha venido genial con su potro CE, absorve mejor la impulsión y realmente ayuda a poder sentarte en la silla. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que no pueda comprarse una montura a medida.

Como siempre que adquiero un producto Winderen, estoy encantada con los resultados. Esta vez era para un potro de cuatro años y ha aceptado muy bien tanto el Pelham como el cañón de gel articulado. Encantada con la compra. Desde que los descubrí, no utilizo nada de metal para la boca de mis caballos. Ellos se sienten cómodos y trabajan relajados.

Uno de los imprescindibles si tienes un caballo joven que aún está por muscular del todo. Se mueve con total libertad de espaldas y la comodidad se aprecia en su buena disposición para la monta. Absolutamente recomendable.

Gracias a este salvacruces mi caballo no tiene dolores en el dorso, sin duda la tecnología que tiene funciona genial. También mi espalda sufre menos con los impactos en la silla gracias al salvacruces.

El resultado está siendo bueno: mi caballo va aceptando el bocado y mantiene su cabeza en el punto correcto, sin ponerse por detrás de la mano ni pesando en ella. Muy contenta con el resultado que estoy obteniendo.

Los mejores estribos del mercado. Mantienen las piernas estables incluso al saltar y en la doma. Tan solo los puedo recomendar para pista de equitación, trabajo en llano y sobre todo para salto. Llevo usando estos estribos más de un año y la diferencia es enorme. Mi pantorrilla no se desliza hacia el lateral, los estribos no se escurren de los pies y mi posición en la silla es más estable. Mientras buscaba los estribos correctos quería que fuesen suficientemente pesados pero al mismo tiempo quería que el pie no se cayese dentro y estos son perfectos. Se los recomendé a todos en el establo. Un producto excelente.

Mis dos caballos son un poco quisquillosos en la boca, y cuando se ponen un poco fuertes ha sido difícil encontrar un bocado adecuado para ellos. No demasiado fuerte, pero eficaz. A ninguno le gustan los bocados de metal y las opciones de plástico son muy blandas y tienen mucha fricción. Estos bocados de Winderen son muy buenos. A los dos les encantan y están muy contentos de agarrarlos sin luchar. Estoy encantada.

Compré el bocado super flexi para un caballo joven que tiende a enrollar el cuello y caer tras el bocado. Funcionó muy bien, el caballo tiene muy buen contacto con él y mastica para una mejor línea.

Excelente servicio. Mi caballo ha demostrado ser muy exigente con su bocado. Busqué un filete con desveno de oliva que tenía que ser de goma. El hecho de que era de color naranja fue una bonificación añadida. De momento funciona muy bien y creo que al final nos compraremos el bocado entero.

Adquirí este bocado para mi castrado y no puedo creer lo bien que le funciona, es increíble. No puedo creer la diferencia que marcan estos bocados para mi caballo, esta relajado y tranquilo. Llevo más de 3 años usando el salvacruz de Winderen. Cuando pedí una silla para mi yegua incluí el salvacruz en las dimensiones con el fin de añadir una comodidad adicional para la espalda de mi caballo. Durante la temporada de pastoreo mi yegua siempre engorda, pues se pasa la mitad del día comiendo hierba. El resultado: la silla de montar pierde periódicamente su forma, aunque fue confeccionada a medida para ella. Gracias al salvacruz Correction con sus insertos ajustables eso ya no representa ningún problema. Este salvacruz me ayuda a ajustar libremente la silla a la forma actual del caballo, y se adapta perfectamente.

Mi yegua tiene una espalda realmente extraña, y por las cuñas que se pueden utilizar para personalizar el salvacruces por fin mi silla se mantiene en su sitio durante los saltos y las caídas. Y, aún más importante, ahora está mucho más cómoda y puede trabajar adecuadamente y empezar a construir un músculo más correcto. Es cierto que es de los productos más caros, pero creo que vale su peso en oro.

Mi yegua tiene la cruz alta y además debido a un parón de 1 mes que tuvo estaba muy sensible del dorso, sin decir que la cruz estaba más marcada debido a la pérdida de musculatura dorsal, sin embargo desde el primer día noté el cambio del salvadorso de borreguillo que tenía al salvadorso comfort de winderen tanto para ella como para mí, mi yegua iba mucho más cómoda debido a que la presión sobre su dorso se redució significativamente lo cual hizo que yo notase mucha más estabilidad a la hora de montarla.

Estoy encantado con su salva dorso, yo lo escogí con el maximo grosor ya que mi caballo tiene la cruz muy marcada y si no uso el adecuado, le hacen heridas. Gracias a winderen he conseguido olvidarme de las heridas y mi caballo está mucho más cómodo. Los hay en muchos colores, yo lo cogí en gris a juego con la mantilla winderen, que luciré en todos los concursos. Muchas gracias al equipo winderen.

Mi caballo suele quitarse las herraduras, por eso en el cercado o en el caminador siempre usa campanas. En el trabajo a cuerda también le pongo las campanas. Por lo general tras una semana se veía el trabajo en las campanas. En días lluviosos las perdió varias veces, tras ir al cercado, pues el cierre de velcro se abría aunque las campanas fueran nuevas. Ahora llevo 10 meses con las campanas de Winderen y después de lavarlas parecen recién compradas.

Mi caballo es lo que se denomina un destructor de campanas. Normalmente tras una semana ya había destruido completamente la parte inferior. Comprar cada mes un par de campanas nuevo era algo normal. Ahora llevo más de un año usando las campanas de Winderen y, sorprendentemente, todavía tienen el mismo aspecto :D

Ya cuando lo compré mi caballo tenía unas protuberancias raras en la zona de la silla. Aunque cuidaba mucho que la espalda estuviese limpia y probé varios productos para la piel no querían desaparecer. Hace 3 semanas comencé a cabalgar únicamente con el sudadero NanoSilver. ¡No sé que ha pasado pero los bultos han desaparecido! Le recomiendo la línea de productos NanoSilver a todos los propietarios de caballos con problemas similares.

Mi caballo sufría desde hacía tiempo de una dermatitis grave y de arestines en las manos. Pese a la rápida aplicación de antibióticos el problema no desaparecía. Las patas hinchaban y los problemas cutáneos aparecían de nuevo. ¡Comencé a usar las vendas de establo y tras la primera noche ya había desaparecido la hinchazón casi por completo! Tras un par de días los síntomas cutáneos habían desaparecido completamente. Creo que las vendas de establo NanoSilver son un complemento excelente y muy eficaz al tratamiento local. Aceleran definitivamente el proceso de regeneración, protegen óptimamente las patas y también protegen la piel de nuevas infecciones.

Las vendas de entrenamiento de Winderen son fáciles de poner, tienen un aspecto lindo y no atraen la arena. Junto con las bajovendas son excelentes incluso para el entrenamiento de salto, pues protegen perfectamente las patas del caballo, incluso contra grandes impactos. ¡Un set excelente!

Llevo seis meses usando cada día el set de entrenamiento de Winderen. Mis caballos ya no sudan por las patas debajo de las bajovendas, incluso en los días más calurosos, y la nanoplata les ayuda con sus problemas cutáneos. También es muy bueno que la arena no se quede pegada a las vendas, y, lo más importante de todo, son muy duraderas y protegen muy bien las patas durante el entrenamiento.

¡Llevo medio año usando las bajovendas de entrenamiento largas junto con las vendas de entrenamiento para cabalgar todos los días y me encanta este set! Las bajovendas se adaptan perfectamente a las patas y garantizan una protección excelente. Algo muy importante en la doma, no se desplazan mientras cabalgo y tienen un color blanco perfecto. Las vendas también son muy duraderas y no se les queda pegada la arena.

Mientras usa el bocado de doma del sistema de filetes de gel de Winderen, mis caballos buscan más contacto. Siempre lo aceptaron muy bien los caballos en varias fases del entrenamiento. ¡Incluso uno de los caballos más mayores dejó de poner la lengua sobre el bocado, algo que venía haciendo con frecuencia! ¡Se lo recomiendo a todos!

Tanto yo como mis caballos recomendamos sin miramientos los filetes de Winderen. Los he probado con 8 caballos y cada uno lo aceptó sin problemas. No se apoyaban en el bocado, estaban libres y dispuestos a trabajar, sin perder la concentración en los ejercicios. Y en lo relacionado con los estribos de Winderen, mi sincera opinión es que desde que cabalgo con ellos mis piernas ya no se cansan.

Cuando Winderen Equestrian me preguntó si quería probar sus nuevos estribos estaba completamente segura. Me gustaban mis estribos viejos y, por suerte, no había tenido nunca problemas con las rodillas. Creía que no habría ninguna diferencia con unos estribos que habían sido especialmente diseñados para dar apoyo a la rodilla. Pero me demostraron todo lo contrario: los nuevos estribos de Winderen son de VERDAD diferentes, especialmente cuando alguien, como yo que soy amazona profesional, cabalga cada día 6 caballos. Ofrecen un agarre excelente y gran estabilidad, algo muy ventajoso en caballos jóvenes o en terreno no firme. Y no me limitan para nada. Puedo dar comandos delicados, algo esencial en la doma. Tras un día ajetreado mis articulaciones están, por así decirlo «menos cansadas». Algo realmente sorprendente para mí.

Utilizo los estribos de Winderen desde hace 2 meses y me encantan. Debido a una lesión de antes tengo dolor en el tobillo y en la rodilla. He probado muchos estribos diferentes, pero ninguno me ayudó con el dolor en el tobillo. Con los estribos de Winderen no solo cabalgo sin dolor, sino que puedo cabalgar con más estabilidad que con otros estribos.

¡El mejor salvacruz que haya usado nunca! He adquirido la versión esbelta (slim) para mi silla de doma. ¡No solo que mi caballo se mueva mejor, sino que, al parecer, también se siente mejor, pasa mejor por la espalda y el galope es más amplio! ¡Adoro este salvacruz, cada céntimo invertido vale la pena!

Lo más importante en la hípica es la armonía que solo se puede conseguir mediante una comunicación efectiva con el caballo. Aposté por los filetes de Winderen pues se confeccionan con un material que al caballo le resulta agradable en la boca y las carrilleras intercambiables y los diversos cañones se pueden adaptar a la perfección a cada caballo. Con los filetes los caballos pueden mover bien la mandíbula y los aceptan caballos de todas las edades.

El flexible cañón de gel es ideal para caballos sensibles, problemáticos a la hora de aceptarlos, por lo contrario para los caballos con una boca dura son mejores los frenos de puente curvo. Los caballos aceptan ambos filetes, y se consigue cabalgar con comodidad. La posibilidad de cambiar las carrilleras es algo excelente, así podemos reducir la cantidad de filetes en la cámara de sillas.

Este filete se confecciona con un material blando y cómodo, por eso los caballos lo aceptan tan bien. Algo que se puede ver porque cabalga con comodidad y efectividad. El sistema de las carrilleras intercambiables es una solución innovadora y universal, pues así podemos influir en el efecto del filete en todas las direcciones sin tener que volver a retirar el cañón que el caballo ya ha aceptado. Es especialmente importante cuando se trabaja con caballos jóvenes, pues el cambio de filetes integrales a filetes partidos o de plástico a metal suele confundir al animal que sufre complicaciones y estrés innecesarios. ¡No puedo más que recomendar este filete!

El sudadero de Winderen queda perfecto sobre la espalda del caballo y así es mucho más fácil ensillarlo. Gracias a la rigidez del material y al patrón ergonómico solo hay que poner el sudadero sobre la posición correcta y todo se adapta a la perfección. Combinado con el salvacruz Back Protect Solution dispongo de la pareja perfecta, no podría cabalgar sin el sudadero o el salvacruz de Winderen. Además, los sudaderos se limpian con mucha facilidad, ni se deforman ni se decoloran, y se ven como nuevos incluso si se lavan en la lavadora.

Antes siempre tenía problemas con los sudaderos, se resbalaban y se movían debajo de la silla mientras cabalgaba, especialmente durante las clases de salto, por eso lo que más me gusta del sudadero de Winderen es que se sitúa perfectamente sobre la espalda del caballo y no se mueve mientras cabalgo. Así por fin me puedo concentrar plenamente en el entrenamiento y no tengo que ocuparme de adaptar mi equipo.

Lo que más me gusta del sudadero de Winderen es el material con el que se confecciona. Lo uso todos los días y como todo el mundo sabe entra en contacto con pelo, suciedad y polvo, tanto sobre la espalda del caballo como en el establo. Este sudadero es muy fácil de limpiar, solo hay que pasar por encima con una esponja o un cepillo y ya está como nuevo. Otra ventaja del material es la transpirabilidad que se percibe inmediatamente, sobre todo cuando hace calor. El patrón del sudadero es excelente, se adapta perfectamente a la espalda del caballo.

Como persona que compra todo lo que hay para equitación e hípica solo puedo recomendar el sudadero Anatomic Top Line de Winderen. Tiene un acabado perfecto, con amor por el detalle y se puede lavar muy bien, el polvo, el sudor, el pelo, el jabón e incluso la cola de las botas de equitación dejan de ser un problema. No tiene esas innecesarias latiguillas, pues como el sudadero se adapta óptimamente a la espalda del caballo, gracias a su forma ergonómica no resbala. El patrón innovador se adapta perfectamente a la silla de salto. Además, absorbe muy bien el sudor del caballo y, algo muy importante, no se deforma, no se reblandece ni se decolora tras el lavado. El material inferior es perfecto para la sensible espalda del caballo y el material a la altura de la cincha está reforzado, para evitar que resbale. Los bordes de cuero económico le confieren estilo y elegancia. Estoy ansiosa por que salgan más colores. ¡Recomendación absoluta!

Como jinete de prueba de Winderen Knee Protect Solution tras una lesión grave - una fractura de fémur con fragmentos - lo recomiendo de todo corazón. Increíble amortiguación, apoyo estable del pie, sensación de seguridad y entrenamiento sin dolor. Desde hace 3 meses me acompañan en todos los entrenamientos y ya no me imagino montando con otros estribos. Producto magnífico, al más alto nivel.

Soy un jinete de salto de 20 años, el problema del dolor de rodilla me ha estado siguiendo durante muchos años. Tengo un problema con la rótula, me operaron las dos rodillas, pero todavía me quedan momentos dolorosos durante la equitación (sobre todo al saltar) y también después de montar. Probablemente probé todos los estribos disponibles en el mercado, pero desafortunadamente, no me supusieron ningún alivio. Las rodillas dolían igual. Debido a mis "dolencias de rodilla", hace un año fui calificado como un "caso de prueba interesante" y me convertí en uno de los jinetes de prueba de Winderen. Y desde el primer momento noté una enorme diferencia y sentía realmente alivio. Montar con estribos Winderen es un puro placer para mí, y no tengo que pensar en el dolor de rodilla en absoluto. Para asegurar la prueba cambiamos los estribos muchas veces, pero el efecto fue
siempre el mismo: Winderen sin dolor y cualquier otro estribo con dolor de rodilla. Recomiendo realmente los estribos Knee protect solution porque suponen una comodidad completamente diferente al montar para jinetes con un problema como el mío.

Como jinete profesional aprecio aquellos productos que ayudan a ambos, caballo y jinete, a mejorar su trabajo, y es lo que hace el producto Winderen. Como jinete de prueba empecé a usar el medio salvacruz Winderen y desde hace 4 meses sólo puedo hablar de ventajas. Ayuda a los caballos jóvenes a ganar su equilibrio debajo de la silla mucho más rápido, a la vez que les ayuda a desarrollar músculos centrales y en el dorso fuertes. Mis caballos mayores se sienten mucho más sueltos y flexibles durante el salto desde que empecé a usar el medio salvacruz. Recomiendo el producto al 100%.

Trato de ser cautelosa con cualquier producto nuevo, especialmente con aquellos que sólo tienen buenas opiniones. Pero bueno.... dar otra opinión sería una mentira. El salvacruz es una maravilla en todos los aspectos. El caballo está contento y por fin puedo atarme los cordones de los zapatos sin dolor de espalda. Y por supuesto, la gran ventaja del contacto con el vendedor - ¡amabilidad y profesionalidad al más alto nivel!

Utilice este medio salvacruz desde febrero de este año. Mi caballo padece de síndrome de Baastrup, por lo que pensé que este medio salvacruz podría ser buena idea :) Lo que es cierto: - Mi caballo nunca había tenido los músculos del dorso tan bien desarrollados como ahora:) ¡De verdad! Hasta ahora, desarrollar la musculatura del dorso de mi caballo era un reto. La mayoría de las veces, a pesar de la buena musculatura del resto del cuerpo, las deficiencias eran visibles en los músculos del dorso. Llegué a pensar que era por culpa de la silla mal ajustada. Sin embargo, después de ajustar la silla, el problema seguía existiendo. Por el momento, desde que empezamos a montar con el medio salvacruz a principios de año, los músculos del dorso están mucho mejor desarrollados :) Teniendo en cuenta que el caballo padece de síndrome de Baastrup, sinceramente tengo que decir que ahora los músculos de la cruz están realmente perfectos. No llegaremos a la perfección nunca, pero ahora mismo están muy bien. El caballo colabora, se relaja fácilmente y trabaja usando los músculos del dorso, por lo que creo que el salvacruz ha cumplido con todas las expectativas. ¡Muchas gracias!

El medio salvacruz Winderen es simplemente increíble. Simplemente no puedo montar sin él. Gracias a este salvacruz mi caballo es más flexible, relajado a lo largo del dorso, y más dispuesto a trabajar. Claramente está mucho más cómodo y se mueve mucho mejor. Tengo un caballo aún mejor de lo que creía posible, sólo por usar el medio salvacruz de Winderen.

No soy un jinete profesional, pero estoy buscando las mejores soluciones para mí y mi caballo. Ambos tenemos problemas recurrentes de dorso. Hay muchos buenos protectores de dorso en el mercado que he usado. Desafortunadamente, ninguno era el mejor. Winderen es el mejor. Después de montar, ni a mí, ni a mi caballo nos duele el dorso. Definitivamente me encantan. Estoy esperando impaciente los nuevos productos.

Los estribos Winderen son la mejor opción para aquellas personas que tienen o van a tener problemas de sobrecarga de sus piernas. Los uso desde que volví después de una lesión y siento que mis piernas están sólidamente apoyadas, y mis rodillas no me duelen como antes. Su peso es perfectamente equilibrado, por lo que siempre sé dónde tendré el estribo bajo mi pie. También son los primeros estribos con amortiguación con los que nodejo de sentir el caballo al cambiar la elasticidad.

This is the first product I bought from WINDEREN. It’s perfect. I heard about it in a comment from someone on Facebook so thought I’d give it a try. My horse loves it, and so do I. In fact, I loved it so much that I explored, other products from WINDEREN, and have now bought a bit, which is amazing, two pairs of stirrups, and saddle pads. :-)

Amazing product, which improved my horses way of going tremendously. We have correctly fitted Childeric dressage saddle, but still there was room for improvement. Size 17" is perfect an accurate for our 17" saddle. Highly recommended - worth every penny.

My horse and I love this bit. My horse has always been mouthy, opening her mouth and turning her head at times, but now she is on the bit and moving forward. Huge difference. The customer support was also amazing. I chose this bit but asked the company for feedback. They accepted videos and also picked this bit for my horse without knowing it was the one I had picked. Will be expanding my parts to the bit system. Gel mouth pieces seem harder wearing than other long standing brands plastic composite materials! Love the ability to change cheek pieces or mouth piece. Especially if you ride more than one discipline or have several horses

Love this, got this one for my young horse but my older horse actually really likes it for quiet schooling at home. I have this, the flexi and the fixed with a port one too now. She loves them all, we just change it up or down depending on our activity

Really nice rug which look good both in daily training and at shows. Super quality - Even better than expected.

My equine dentist recommended I try my horse in a mullen mouth bit. He had been wearing his molars down with the stainless steel bit I had been using. He is also a very sensitive horse. By chance my online search landed on the Winderen bits and I am so glad I found them. My horse is so happy with this bit and he is clearly far more comfortable now.

Easy to change and costs less overall if have multiple bits using this system.

The mouthpiece does indeed appear to be indestructible. This is the only Liverpool bit with a flexible mouthpiece. My horse seems to like it. Seems well made.

I got these as my young horse had random and very bad mud fever this summer from all the rain, long wet grass and fly bites. 9 weeks I have been trying to fix him and nothing has been working. I got these instead of the stable wraps because he has small legs, i just used these over night and we have seen a massive improvement, we used them every night and in 2 weeks his legs are almost clear. I also switched to simple aloe vera during the day but thats all I changed. So not quite what they are meant for but they did the job. They are very soft too and lovely to use. #lovesilverions

I already have the comfort jump which is fantastic so wanted the comfort dressage too. I was using riser pads as both saddles are a bit wide for the horse but with comfort pads they fit really well. Super pleased with my purchase! I have a young and very sensitive young horse. She is in the process of having adult teeth come in and has been very sensitive and reactive to metal bits. After trying the super flexi mouth piece, she immediately took to the bit and I have been able to have a great feel/contact while riding. I’m so impressed with this bit! My pony was a carriage horse and started under saddle as a 12 year old. I’ve tried a variety of bits over the last year of him as a riding horse but not until the Winderen did I find one that he truly accepted. I was worried he would just blow through it with how soft it is. I was wrong! He is going lovely and actually reaches out for the bit when I tack him up. My senior Belgian Draft horse who came to me recently had some horrible torture device of a bit that came with him, covered in rust, flakey chrome pieces and dirt. I bought him a Super Flexi and added some check guards. When I introduced him to the Super Flexi Bit for the first time, he tensed right up, expecting the harsh bit that he was used to. Once he took hold of the Super Flexi, and it was in his mouth, he completely relaxed his whole body. He played with it in his mouth for a while, and I adjusted his bridle. When we set out to do some ‘ground driving’ he reacted perfectly. He was relaxed, reins were loose, and he did everything he was asked to do. The Winderen Super Flexi has been a very positive experience for my big boy. Thank you! I would like rubber bits for all my horses, but I don't see anything small enough for my smallest pony. 4 inches to 4 1/2 inches?

This is an amazing product. I noticed the difference in my horse immediately! He was softer over the back, more willing to stretch forward into the bit which created more elevation and length of stride. Gave to a friend to try out and she was in love from the first ride, she has difficulty with her back and she noticed a massive difference after riding.

This bit is a game changer! First off, ordering process was easy and delivery was within a few short days! Although replies took a time change period, response was always consistent and good. Absolutely love this bit and technology! perfectly soft for my 3 yo he has an extremely sensitive mouth; tends to cut up his sides. I am able to use it softly and/or have stronger control when he is feeling bit forward and on jumping days!

I have ridden in several different brands of stirrups to find relief for my ankles and knees and I have finally found the right solution for what I was looking for. These stirrups are worth every penny and I will not ride a saddle without them!

I have had several weeks to try this half pad on several different horses. The first time I rode with the Winderen half pad, I noticed a difference in the quality of ride. I thought it might be my imagination but after riding several different horses, I noticed immediate improvement in all of them. My feedback is simple. I am a 60 yo former athlete and long time equestrian (dressage, jumping, trails) and these irons make my legs feel like they did when I was 20.

I have chronic knee pain due to under developed knee caps so pain while riding was a fact of life. Using my Winderen stirrups, I expected no knee while riding for the first time in my life!

I have a TB with very asymmetric shoulders and have had a very hard time with saddle fit with him. In spite of constant reflocking and shimming the saddle would push off to one side and he was very unhappy, wringing his tail constantly. I was amazed by the difference using this pad, and I didn’t even get the correction version. He is softer in his back, there is no tail wringing and the saddle is much more stable. When it does shift it is minimal and it doesn’t bother him, I assume due to the shock absorption. I am so impressed and while the price is a bit eye watering, this was worth every penny for me.

I love this pad. It’s so intelligently designed. The foam and felt shims are very high quality. The black stripe makes it so easy to align evenly under the saddle. The stretch fabric over the wither cutout is such a perfect solution to the problem of keeping a pad in place without pulling tight over the withers. My only advice to buyers is to size down. My saddle is 17.5, and the 18” half pad is maybe a little too generous. I could have done with the 17”. It’s very easy to add or change shims. My horse is so much more comfortable with this pad and gives me his back like never before. A barn friend already bought one for her horse, too. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought the Comfort pad for starting my new 4 year old under saddle. I knew her back muscling would be changing as she develops and I wanted to make sure she feels loose and comfortable with a rider on her. Starting her went extremely well and she seemed immediately comfortable with the weight of the rider. I think the impact cushioning is especially helpful for young horses learning to move under a rider.

I love this girth so much. Five star but the initial use gave my horse a bald little spot. i tried it on two other horses, same thing. After consulting the company, it might be the change in season and longer more brittle hair. Nothing got worse, no sores and my horse is very comfortable in it. I recommend getting the size under what you think it should be. they size long.

The change in our horse was immediate. We were using a shimmed thinline with our brand new saddle because the foam decompressed and started sitting low on his withers. I started researching half-pads that weren’t bulky down the spine or wither, and the Winderen popped up. I took a chance and purchased it. We will never use another half-pad again. Our horse no longer hesitates at the jumps, runs and bucks on the other side of a jump when he feels he wasn’t set up at the correct distance and when he’s doing long and low his nose is in the dirt. We didn’t tell our coach about the new half-pad and she noticed a difference immediately and didn’t understand what had changed overnight until I told her. I can’t stress enough that the 2nd most important piece of tack next to the saddle is your half-pad. This was worth every penny and there will be more half-pads purchased from Canada because we are letting people use it! It has also stopped back pain for my daughter when riding. She absolutely loves this half-pad and how comfortable they both are in it. It really shows!

I have a 18" saddle so I bought a 18" saddle pad. It seems to be too big (better too big than too short :) but... My advice is mesure the saddle and compare to the details given in the products description to choose properly. Reduction of shocks if just that good help to work out your seat. I needed the corrections to fit with a lost of weight, this made the saddle fit perfectly while the weight recovery.

This bit was an experiment for us but has worked really well, We use it for driven dressage. It would be even better if the mouthpiece was black

This is a beautifully made product. The metal work is great. The mouthpieces are easy to interchange, unfortunately horse didn’t care for the mouthpiece because it is so thick.

I wish this pad had a tad more length. I have a 17.5" saddle but should have ordered the 18" pad length.

The bit I received was too small for my horse. I have sent it back as instructed by you and I’m still waiting for the replacement.

I really love the pad. The horse I use it on is super happy with it. I also bought the correction inserts. I like them, I just wish they came with the piece that they slip into when you buy them separately. Apparently if you buy the correction set, you get an additional sleeve that makes it easier to use, but when you buy the pieces separately you do not, despite paying the same amount. Overall I really like the system.

I like the bit so far. My client also got one and I realized I did not get the most flexible option that I had wanted. However, I am fine with it and between the two of us, we have two different options to use. The horses are liking the bits and accepting contact a bit easier. Old habits of the horse being overly respectful to the bit (one is a nervous chewer) are not quickly changed, so more time will show if they accept more contact and seek the bit more easily. The down side; I do not like the small d ring for our Hunter show horses who look better in a larger size. I did not get the full cheek, but I see the same issue. It must be a European thing. I can see this bit replacing the popular Happy Mouth bit that is so popular here in America. Fir the customer if the bit, the small d ring might be an issue.

I’ve been using my pad for a few weeks now and so far my mare loves it. She always is a bit sensitive in the back but since using this half pad she has had no grumpy moments. Would definitely recommend if you have a sensitive backed horse!

Lovely pad. I have two of the standard ones that are super. If I was to buy this correction pad again I would buy the thin version as I found this one too thick once adding in the shims.

My OTTB loves the mouthpiece and it has just enough leverage to ask her to come back when she gets excited. Great craftmanship. Would consider purchasing the same mouthpiece but with a different cheekpiece to add to my arsenal.

This is a lovely bit. The workmanship is perfect. The material is encouraging. Unfortunately my fat cheeked mare likes a thinner bit version. This is no fault of the bit, it is just a fussy red-headed mare.

The pad was easy to order and shipping from overseas to the US took less than a week. During unboxing, I immediately felt this pad was much larger than expected. I measured it against my other dressage pads and the length and height were similar but the width was much different. The shape of the pad creates a lot of extra padding in the front and on my 16 hand horse, it blocks half of his shoulder. I haven’t ridden in this of because I feel it it limiting to his motion due to the shape. I reached out to Winderen and they were willing to exchange it free of charge for another size. However, I took away two stars from my rating because they were not willing to cover the cost of shipping in order to complete the exchange. I checked with USPS and UPS and the cost to ship was going to exceed the cost of the purchase of the pad, so this was a lost cause. I have no qualms about the quality of the product but would not want someone else to end up in this situation, with a product they are stuck with and don’t want to keep. I took away another star from what would have been a 5 star rating due to the fact that I now own an expensive pad that I don’t use and will probably end up giving it to a friend with a larger horse.

I love the technology. This color might look best in outdoor light, however. It looks just grey in our indoor.

This technology is amazing for my sore right knee as well as improving my overall balance and effectiveness in the saddle. They help me to reduce my tendency to brace through my right leg which increases my ease in using that leg.

The eggbutt snaffle side piece is easily assembled with the superflexi mouthpiece. My young OTTB much prefers the gel bits to a metal bit. He is more settled with his gel bit and more focussed under saddle.

I like the stirrups once I actually got the leathers attached. That was a 2 man job. Maybe make the opening a little larger?

First impressions is WOW, it looks so luxurious and simply fits perfectly. When you touch it, you can clearly feel quality.

A friend recommended these to me last year, but I was reluctant to try them as I was partial to my big fluffy sheepskin pads. After waiting 2 months for a custom ordered half pad and receiving the wrong item, I decided to try the Winderen instead. These half pads are a game changer. I have a sensitive TB that requires chiro by my vet every 4-6 weeks. I received the pad in October. Between then and his next appointment in December, we had a rigorous 3 day clinic, trail ride in a national forest, and I had increased the amount of sitting trot in our work. Although he had issues in other areas of his body during the visit, my chiro/vet said the improvement in his back was amazing. It was the one area he showed no issues. I now even place it under my bareback pad when I ride. I also love that the cover can be removed and washed. Just a really gorgeous, innovative and quality product! Highly recommended!

Love the feel of these stirrups - you really do get the sense of shock absorption. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, however, because of the difficulty finding leathers that fit through the miniscule opening at the top. Please, please re-design to allow leathers of normal thickness and width. Even better if they could fit the wide leathers that add to stability and that so many of us prefer.

I LOVE the bit, the quality of the mouthpiece is very inviting to the horse, the one I ordered was a bit too large in diameter mainly due to not understanding the sizing when I ordered. I will be ordering more.

I can’t say enough about the pad, it is exactly the comfort for the horse that you explain it to be, I also know another woman who ordered as well and we are both extremely happy with them, I am a converted Mattis user because these offer better fit, MUCH easier care and don’t hold so much of the heat over the back. Again I ordered too big, I ride in a 17.5 and ordered the 18 so my advise to others is don’t order up stay true to your size. I will be ordering more.

My only issue was the £50 import tax I got stung with that I wasn’t aware of. I know it’s not winderen taxing me but might be worth staring at time of ordering as I already had to spend more for you to ship to the uk, to then have import tax on top was a shock

I wasnt sure quite what my horse would think of this as it’s so bendy and soft, but it is fab. My go to bit now for all 3 horses. I’m tempted to try a smaller one for my daughters ponies too!

Bought this for our young daughter’s galloway to help protect his back. From the first ride he moved more freely and noticeably lifted his back under the saddle. The pad fit really well and there was no slippage at all, even after an hour’s work on the arena at all gaits. I must also mention that the packaging for the pad when it arrived was amazing. It came in its own timber box with sliding lid. Fast delivery given it came from Europe. Highly recommend and will be buying one of our other horse.

We have the snaffle bit already and progress was immediate in our flatwork. We decided to try the pelham for showing our thoroughbred. Being a fussy mare with little or no room in her mouth she accepted this bit straight away. Since trying it our mare has qualified for ROR, and last weekend gained 3 firsts and 2 Reserve Champions. We would recommend these bits for horses that constantly chew the bit.

The pad came quickly. I feel more comfortable in my saddle with the pad, and my horse seems more settled with it.

Normally it takes a few rides on the bit to determine if the horse actually likes it better than the previous bit or if you are imagining things. This bit was instant. My 5-year old immediately took it and started sucking on the bit when he was bridled and under saddle he was consistent in the contact and more willing to use his topline and back.

Very happy with the wraps. We have recently used them in our 15 hour drive. They stayed put and made sure our pony was comfortable and safe. Very easy to clean, come with a mesh bag and snap on bands that make storage super easy.

Love this pad. It is thin, well shaped and effective. It runs a little big and I had to exchange for a smaller size than my seat size or else I had two inches sticking out the back. For US customers returning the pad is outrageous - ship prices around $60 which is super unfortunate.

These are extremely comfortable and absolutely love them. I always have issues with my knees but have had no discomfort with these. My feet are quite stable and riding more pleasurable.

This was a revolution to my horse. She respected it and became very light in my hand. On the flip side It was only right that I had to be sensitive to this new fact and be respectful to her too. It helped us find a new happy place for our fun fast work. No pulling from her, no fighting from me. I haven’t even needed to add the curb chain or use the slots. She gets white lips for first time ever, she is very happy. We love it.

Nice design, good looking. Not easy to remove the inner pads and change the raisers but reis verry well. I could change the saddle position easy. I like it.

My baby horse chewed through plastic “happy mouth” bits, and used to fuss too much with his head. He absolutely loves this bit, has stopped fussing and it’s actually indestructible. I will be keeping him in these bits for life!

Hi.. This is my first review ever. .. I want to say that the winderen comfort pad is really quite perfect. . I have a well-fitting CWD 17 1/2 jump saddle, and I bought the 18” pad. The pad compliments the fit of the saddle by giving the saddle nice, even pressure all the way around. I bought the dark blue and I love it. Eventually, I will get more colors. I’ve tried many high-end pads, but I truly think that this pad is less cumbersome and makes everything neat and tidy. On my 171/2 saddle, the pad goes past the end of the saddle for a little over an inch. I might have been able to go a size down from the 18”, but it still fits and looks great!!

Every day when I ride my knees hurt during the warm up, the majority of the ride and then after I dismount. I have fallen to the ground before trying to dismount because my knees gave out. I am only in my twenties, but was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatter Disease which affects my knees. I have been able to ride pain free since I bought these stirrups! I am so thankful and honestly surprised they work so well! They have a good balance without being too bulky. 10/10 worth the money and would absolutely recommend to anyone with knee issues.
