After reading customer reviews, I had questions regarding what was the best size for my short back pony, who wears a 16.5” saddle. With Aleksandra’s guidance I went with the 16” pad and it fits him perfectly. 5-star product and customer service. I would buy from Winderen again!!!

Guten Tag , wir haben schon langem das Winderen - Pad Dressur und Springen sowie das Springpad - Korrektur . Beim Springpad - Korrektur fragte ich nach ob es auch in Teraccota gefertigt werden könnte . Kein Problem , ich war überglücklich ! Ich bezahlte den normalen Preis und bekam es auch nach kurzer Zeit zugesendet . Ich bin sehr zufrieden vom Service und sehr freundlich und höflich, das erlebt man nur noch selten . CHAPEAU ! Ich empfehle Winderen generell weiter und viele haben sich das Pad gekauft und sind sehr zufrieden . Qualität setzt sich halt auf Dauer durch . Ich habe jetzt das Winderen flexi Gebiss zur Probe , das Pferd läuft super zufrieden damit und geht gerne und ausdauern leicht an den Zügel , einfach zufrieden . Toll ! Die Satteldecken auch prima , trotz mehrmaligem Waschen behalten diese ihre Form und laufen nicht ein . Tolles Team , tolle Produkte , TOP , macht weiter so …

Seit Jahren bestelle ich bei Winderen noch nie Probleme gehabt . Kunden Support antwortet immer super schnell und sehr Nette Leute . Danke das es immer so schnell und reibungslos abläuft . Und packet aus Polen bei mir Spatens 3 Tage da ist .

Ich hatte bei meiner letzten Bestellung tatsächlich das Springpad übersehen, da es zwischen Kartonboden und einer darüberliegenden gleichgroßen Kartonpappe (die ich für den Kartonboden hielt) verpackt war und darüber der Sattelgurt einzeln lag. Dadurch dachte ich, dass das Pad versehentlich nicht mit verschickt worden war. Durch regen E-Mail-Verkehr und das Ansehen des Verpackungsvideos konnte es dann doch recht schnell aufgeklärt werden. Gottseidank hatte ich den Karton noch nicht entsorgt. Die sehr bemühte Kundendienstmitarbeiterin Belinda meinte, man werde zukünftig in solchen Fällen einen kleinen Hinweis im Paket beilegen.
